Air conditioner compatibility
Compatibility depends on the exact air-conditioner model and supported control interface. We check DRM/DRED support or other approved connections, with installer inspection where needed; DRM/DRED capability alone does not confirm every planned function.

Hot water tank compatibility
FLX3 Water provides scheduled control of your hot water system, helping you align water heating with suitable energy periods.
Electric hot water tanks
FLX3 Water is compatible with all electric hot water tanks. Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician, who will confirm the appropriate electrical and control configuration for your system.
Selected heat pump systems
FLX3 Water is also compatible with selected heat pump hot water systems. Compatibility depends on the make, model and control requirements. Please contact us to confirm suitability before ordering or installation.

FLX3 EV combines a portable EV charger with automatic charging control. Start with your vehicle’s AC charging connection to find the right configuration.
Supplier-indicated brand coverage
Our charger supplier identifies the following brands in its compatibility information. Applicable electric and plug-in hybrid models only. Check your model, year and charging inlet before ordering.
Type 2 AC charging
For vehicles with a suitable Type 2 AC inlet, including the Type 2 AC portion of a CCS2 inlet. Actual charging speed depends on the vehicle, charger and electrical supply. This is not DC rapid charging.
Type 1 or an imported vehicle?
Contact us to confirm the connection required. Type 1 adapter support depends on the exact charger, adapter and vehicle manufacturer instructions. Conventional hybrids without a charging inlet cannot be plugged in.

What type of hot water system do you have?
Electric Storage
Potentially suitable with a compatible resistive element. Confirm element rating, thermostat, wiring and supply configuration.
Gas Storage
Powerdiverter cannot divert solar electricity into a gas burner. Any change of hot-water system needs a separate assessment and quote.
Heat Pump
Do not assume variable solar diversion is suitable. Ask about equipment-specific scheduled control where supported.
Solar Thermal
A compatible electric boost element and suitable control arrangement may allow diversion. Confirm your system first.

Changing hot-water technology needs a separate assessment of equipment, plumbing, electrical work, running costs and tariffs. A replacement tank and installation are not included in Powerdiverter hardware pricing. Ask for a site-specific quote rather than assuming a saving.
